04 — About
Self-taught. Started drumming in 2000, cutting his teeth on jazz jam sessions, hard rock and funk bands at university. In 2004 he joined French hip-hop/rock outfit Team Partout, drumming and co-producing 19 tracks including the album "La Classe Américaine." In 2008 he co-founded art rock project TCF, co-writing the EP "Top 10 Electro Friends." A stint in Salon-de-Provence in 2010 deepened his groove under drummer Luc Heller.
Since 2014 he's trained at Global Music Foundation jazz workshops in London and Barcelona, and with the Czech Jazz Society. Based in Prague since the same year, he now splits life between Paris and Prague — running ethnic pop jazz project TAJE, playing in pop/folk band Mommy Issues, and keeping Team Partout and TCF active.
Since 2023 alone: 40+ concerts, a public vote as best act at the Emergenza Festival (Paris), a 94/100 audition score at the Tour Music Festival (Italy, 2024), and a shared stage with blues-rock guitarist Gwyn Ashton.
By day, he's also a nanoscience researcher — which mostly just means: don't book him in September, March, or June. Every other month, he's all yours.
